An initiative by Disha Foundation for young ignited brains of Class 6th to 10th.
Disha Foundation empowers young minds by igniting curiosity and providing a platform to excel and serve the nation. With a growing team of 157+ members, we strive to nurture talent for societal impact.
Founded by Dr. S. Rangarajan, Former Director of ISRO, alongside ISRO & ex-government officials, we conduct workshops, facility visits (ISRO, DRDO, BARC), and assist students in securing government grants for projects.
With over five decades of experience, Dr. Rangarajan has led key satellite programs, including Chandrayaan, SLATE (education initiatives in Kenya), and launch stations for ISRO in Indonesia & Brunei. Passionate about social initiatives, he continues to inspire young students by sharing his knowledge and values.

Assessment Test
Students appear for the Gems of India assessment test.
ISRO Visit
Selected students visit ISRO facilities — with all expenses covered.
- Top-3 students of each class and school will receive certificates.
- Overall top-3 students and their teachers from the nodal region will be felicitated by Dr. S. Rangarajan in Pune / Aurangabad (for MH) & Indore / Bhopal (for MP), and get the opportunity to visit ISRO facilities in Bengaluru / Ahmedabad with all expenses covered.
- Participating schools & 10 students from each class will get a ‘Certificate of Participation’.
